网上购物的优点：人们选择网上购物最重要的原因莫过于购物平台可以给提供大量且丰富的商品，这种商品的各种属性在网上都可以一目了然的呈现给顾客，顾客可以费很少的时间选择出自己心仪的商品来。而且，网上购物除了节约我们逛商场的时间外，它带给我们的连锁效应也非常好。网上的东西要比我们商场里面的东西便宜的多。我们可以毫不费力的得到自己喜欢的东西。总之，其实就是选择面广，方便，省钱，节约时间和精力。
但是我们还得注意的是，网上购物到底能否真正的满足或者达到我们所要商品的目的呢？首先，人们担心自己选的东西付了款但收不到怎么办？还有，我们所选的东西的质量是否真正能够达到像平台网站所描述的那样呢？如果除了各种各样的问题，我们又该通过什么样的方式去解决呢？与此等等。
至于能够收到自己付款购得的商品，随着电子商务中介平台的出现而解决，关键是商品的质量是否有保证。笔者曾经在某购物网站上面有过几次的购物经历，不错，东西到是比商场里面的便宜许多，但笔者用了不到1个月的时间，东西就坏掉了，如果按照它上面给的说明书去保修，你还得邮寄过去再花多少钱也就不得而知了，如果通过这么烦琐的手段保修下来花的钱比商品本身都贵出几倍，那就让人郁闷了。谁都不愿意做得不偿失的买卖。
所以，对于我们顾客来说，网上购物确实方便，但与此同时我们想要得到的是物美价实的东西。对于那些网上购物的电子商务平台来说，不要光把便宜的东西放在上面，如果想有一个长远的发展，你必须要在卖家商品质量的门槛上做出更高的要求，因为大家都知道顾客就是上帝，虽然这个上帝没有亲自去你那里购买东西，但是，他们会通过各种不同的渠道对你的网站做出评价，积少成多，如果失去了顾客的信任，那你的网站也就没有了立足的空间。
笔者不知道在国外的电子商务平台上面是否会出现这样的情况，但我想，不管怎么样，商品的质量永远是网上购物的顾客们最为担心的事情，即使其他方面做的再好，顾客们也不一定会选择你。
