網上購物的優點：人們選擇網上購物最重要的原因莫過於購物平台可以給提供大量且豐富的商品，這種商品的各種屬性在網上都可以一目瞭然的呈現給顧客，顧客可以費很少的時間選擇出自己心儀的商品來。而且，網上購物除了節約我們逛商場的時間外，它帶給我們的連鎖效應也非常好。網上的東西要比我們商場裡面的東西便宜的多。我們可以毫不費力的得到自己喜歡的東西。總之，其實就是選擇面廣，方便，省錢，節約時間和精力。
但是我們還得注意的是，網上購物到底能否真正的滿足或者達到我們所要商品的目的呢？首先，人們擔心自己選的東西付了款但收不到怎麼辦？還有，我們所選的東西的質量是否真正能夠達到像平台網站所描述的那樣呢？如果除了各種各樣的問題，我們又該通過什麼樣的方式去解決呢？與此等等。
至於能夠收到自己付款購得的商品，隨著電子商務中介平台的出現而解決，關鍵是商品的質量是否有保證。筆者曾經在某購物網站上面有過幾次的購物經歷，不錯，東西到是比商場裡面的便宜許多，但筆者用了不到1個月的時間，東西就壞掉了，如果按照它上面給的說明書去保修，你還得郵寄過去再花多少錢也就不得而知了，如果通過這么煩瑣的手段保修下來花的錢比商品本身都貴出幾倍，那就讓人郁悶了。誰都不願意做得不償失的買賣。
所以，對於我們顧客來說，網上購物確實方便，但與此同時我們想要得到的是物美價實的東西。對於那些網上購物的電子商務平台來說，不要光把便宜的東西放在上面，如果想有一個長遠的發展，你必須要在賣家商品質量的門檻上做出更高的要求，因為大家都知道顧客就是上帝，雖然這個上帝沒有親自去你那裡購買東西，但是，他們會通過各種不同的渠道對你的網站做出評價，積少成多，如果失去了顧客的信任，那你的網站也就沒有了立足的空間。
筆者不知道在國外的電子商務平台上面是否會出現這樣的情況，但我想，不管怎麼樣，商品的質量永遠是網上購物的顧客們最為擔心的事情，即使其他方面做的再好，顧客們也不一定會選擇你。
